Directions:
From Edmonton:
Take Anthony Henday Drive to the Cameron Heights/23rd Avenue/Maskekosihk Trail turn off (Exit 12). Follow Maskekosihk Trail/23rd Avenue straight until you get to Fleming Road/Range Road 261 (there will not be a stop sign but will be a left turn lane). It is the intersection AFTER Creekside Home & Garden but before the Edmonton Corn Maze). If you drive past the Edmonton Corn Maze, you have gone too far. Turn left (south) onto Fleming Road/Range Road 261. Follow Fleming Road south until you get to a stop sign. Go straight through the stop sign. Saramaga Avenue is the first subdivision on the right hand side after the stop sign and after you go over a small hill. We are lot #3 within Saramaga Avenue with a paved driveway, white wooden fence and a big rock!
Note: You can also take Whitemud Drive to 199 Street or to 215 St./Winterburn Road and then follow those streets south to get to Highway 627. But this year (2026) 215 St./Winterburn Road is currently closed for construction.
From Spruce Grove:
Follow Garden Valley Road/Highway 627 east until you get to Fleming Road/Range Road 261 (the first major intersection after the Edmonton Corn Maze). Turn south (right) onto Fleming Road. Follow Fleming Road south until you get to a stop sign. Go straight through the stop sign. Saramaga Avenue is the first subdivision on the right hand side after the stop sign and after you go over a small hill. We are lot #3 within Saramaga Avenue with a paved driveway, white wooden fence and a big rock!
From Devon:
Follow Highway 60 north until you get to Woodbend Road. Turn east (right) onto Woodbend Road. Turn south (right) onto Fleming Road/Range Road 261. Saramaga Avenue is the first subdivision on the right hand side after the stop sign and after you go over a small hill. We are lot #3 within Saramaga Avenue with a paved driveway, white wooden fence and a big rock!
